Walking football promotes physical activity, social interaction and overall well-being while having a lower impact than regular football. It is suitable for individuals who want to stay active without the strain of high-intensity physical activity, recovering from injury or simply to enjoy the social aspect!

Walking football for all over 50s.

Every Monday 12:30-13:30 and Wednesday 19:00 at Hereford Sixth form.
