Hereford FC in the Community are looking to recruit a casual coach to deliver sessions in and around Hereford. This is a fun, active way to earn money and experience working with children.

Casual coaches are key to the success and growth of Hereford FC in the Community, allowing us to expand operations and continue to deliver high-quality school-based and community sessions.

We expect the individuals to embrace equality, diversity and inclusivity to facilitate a consistent, co-ordinated approach to fairness and opportunities across the CIC.

Main Tasks:
– Must be able to organise, plan and deliver football-based activities.
– Must have the ability to engage and communicate with individuals of all ages and
backgrounds.
– Must have flexibility with working hours, e.g. evenings and school holidays.
– Must have experience in coaching individuals in football/sports.
– Must always be a positive role model.
– Build and sustain relationships with schools and organisations.

Qualifications:
– First Aid*
– FA recognised Safeguarding Children*
– BT Playmaker, by England Football
– Introduction to Coaching football
– Valid full driving licence
– DBS*
*If not already gained; willingness to complete before the start.
