The Bulls are at home again on Tuesday night as they host Macclesfield FC.

Hereford will be looking to return to winning ways after a 2-1 loss away to Southport on Saturday, which extended their winless run to six games.

“I thought we were good in the first half, we are extremely disappointed and we know we have to do better, this was a game we should have been winning, but I am confident we can turn things around,” said Paul Caddis.

The Bulls’ last win came in early October, a 2-1 away win over Leamington.

Hereford enter the game on Tuesday in 19th on 16 points, with four wins, four draws and eight losses.

Macclesfield have had a good start to the season, currently in eighth place with 25 points, having won seven, drawn four and lost four.

The Silkmen are coming off the back of a 1-1 draw at home to Telford on Saturday, which brought an end to their six-game unbeaten run in all competitions, but they are still seven unbeaten.

Their last loss came at home to Marine back in early October.

The side from Cheshire were promoted as champions from the Northern Premier League last season as they finished on 109 points with just three losses, 26 points clear of Worksop in second.

Hereford fans will be hoping to see their side earn all three points on Tuesday night.

Danny Elliott (MACCLESFIELD):

Elliott has been in scintillating form recently, with seven goals in the last five games in all competitions.

His tally in the league currently stands at nine goals in 15 games.

The forward joined the Silkmen last season from Scunthorpe and was exceptional as he scored 35 during their title-winning campaign.

John Rooney will be hoping his talisman can continue his recent form on Tuesday.
