The home side took the lead in the early stages through David Worrall before Amari-Morgan Smith made it two.
Paul Caddis’ side pulled one back in the 36th minute through an Omari Sterling-James free-kick.
Maziar Kouhyar then grabbed the third and fourth before Morgan-Smith got his second in the last minute to seal the win.
The defeat meant that the Bulls dropped to seventh whilst the Harriers remained top.
Paul Caddis named an unchanged lineup and bench to the one that beat Leamington 3-0 on Good Friday.
Phil Brown made one alteration to the side that beat Rushall Olympic with Kouhyar coming in for fellow former Hereford player Tope Obadeyi.
The hosts got off to the perfect start after two minutes when Kouhyar delivered the ball towards Worrall who brought it down, cut inside and fired it into the far corner with the outside of his boot to give them the lead.
Things went from bad to worse for Hereford in the 18th minute when a long ball forward was flicked on by Ashley Hemmings to Morgan-Smith, he then lost the ball but it bounced back to him before putting it past Theo Richardson to make it two.
Caddis’ side had their first chance of the game a few minutes later when the ball fell to Remaye Campbell inside the box, he connected well with a half-volley which forced an excellent save out of Christian Dibble.
The Bulls pulled one back in the 36th minute when Sterling-James hit a stunning free-kick from 25 yards out which dipped over the head of the keeper and into the top left corner.
Hereford had their biggest chance of the half when Sterling-James found Kyle Howkins free inside the box but the defender could not get a clean connection with his header which went wide.
Brown’s side then went up the other end and came close when Worrall picked out Hemmings on the edge of the area but he put his effort over the bar.
That was the final action of an exciting first half meaning it was 2-1 going into the break.
The hosts started the second 45 just like the first half when they broke forward brilliantly through Hemmings who had it wide, he then played it into Kouhyar in a central area who slotted it past Richardson.
Kidderminster got a fourth just before the hour mark when Worrall delivered a perfect cross to the back post where Kouhyar rose the highest to head home his second of the game.
Matt Preston came close in the 67th minute when Sterling-James picked him out from a corner but his header was cleared off the line.
Hereford dominated the ball in the final 30 minutes as they searched for a way back but they were unable to break the hosts down.
Morgan-Smith then grabbed a fifth in the last minute when he was picked out inside the box, he then side-footed the ball past Richardson.
