A Blues academy product, Omari gained vital experience in the men’s game from a young age joining Alvechurch at just 19.
With an abundance of experience in the national league system, Sterling-James has played over 200 games at both step 1 and 2 for the likes of Solihull Moors, Brackley Town, Ebbsfleet and Kidderminster Harriers.

The forward hasn’t just stayed in the non-league system, he has made almost 50 appearances in League Two for Cheltenham Town and Mansfield Town.
An internationally capped player, Omari has run out for his national side, St. Kitts & Nevis, over 30 times.

“Omari is someone we looked at in the summer but for obvious reasons of full time football available to him it made it difficult for us.
“He is an experienced player who can deal with the expectations and pressures of playing for our football club. A winger by trade by can play anywhere across the front line. He is a big character with a big personality and will bring a high standard to our group.
“Omari brings an added bit of quality to our top line with his dead-ball ability and understanding of football. We look forward to seeing Omari for the remainder of the season.”
