After last weekend’s postponement, we will be remembering and celebrating the lives of fans, past players, and anyone connected with Edgar Street who sadly passed away in 2024 at this Saturday’s match against Southport.

Our Memorial Matchday will include a heartfelt minute’s applause ahead of kick-off to remember those no longer with us.

As part of the tribute, messages will be displayed in the matchday programme, on the big screen, and across our website and social media channels. This is a chance for us all to reflect, remember, and celebrate the cherished memories of those we have lost.

Jamie Griffiths, Hereford FC General Manager, said: “Memorial Matchday is a special opportunity for us all to come together as a community and remember those who have been part of the Hereford FC family. It’s important that we celebrate their lives and ensure their connection to Edgar Street is never forgotten.”

Together, let’s make Memorial Matchday a fitting celebration of their lives and their connection to Edgar Street.

Thank you for your support in making this a meaningful occasion.
