Hereford will be looking to return to winning ways after a disappointing 3-0 loss at home to Kidderminster Harriers on Boxing Day.

Paul Caddis’ side have struggled away from home recently with four games without a win with the last one coming against Curzon Ashton back in October.

The last away game was an improved performance with a 0-0 draw away to title challengers Scunthorpe United.

Hereford go into the new year occupying the final play-off spot in seventh on 37 points.

Leamington have had mixed fortunes so far this season as they currently occupy 18th on 26 points with seven wins, five draws and 10 losses.

The Brakes got off to a good start with just three defeats from the first 14 before going on a run of six losses in a row which ended in a superb 4-1 win at home to promotion hopefuls Curzon Ashton.

Their most recent game was a 2-1 defeat away to Brackley Town on Boxing Day with Tim Berridge scoring their only goal.

Hereford have not beat Leamington in the league since 2019, but they did secure the win in an FA Trophy clash back in 2021.

The travelling Bulls’ fans will be hoping to see their side get 2025 off to a winning start.
