Hereford FC is pleased to announce the signing of goalkeeper, Tom Donaghy on month long loan from Fleetwood Town.

Tom started his career with the youth side at Bradford City before a move to Fleetwood Town in 2021. The young keeper has a positive loan spell in 2022 at Farsley Celtic where he spent four months and became a main-stay in our National League North opponents side.

Another loan spell at Waterford FC in Ireland’s first division helped The Cod’s keeper gain more valuable experience in a first team football environment.

Caddis had this to day about the Bulls new keeper:

“Tom is a goalkeeper I know from my time working at Fleetwood and I have seen first hand the work he puts in on a regular basis. We are really fortunate to be working with Tom for the next month on an initial 1 month period. I want to say a special thank you to Fleetwood Town boss, Charlie Adam and Academy Manager, Jack Higgins for moving a few things around their end to help make the move possible for us.

“Tom is a capable goalkeeper with lots of men’s football experience and will be a brilliant addition for us.”
