The Bulls are back on the road this Saturday as they travel to Greater Manchester to take on Curzon Ashton.

Hereford returned to winning ways last weekend with a 2-1 win away to Buxton courtesy of a first-half goal from Ahkeem Rose and a last-minute winner from Andy Williams.

The win brought an end to a run of four league games without a win which included three 0-0 draws in a row.

“I am delighted, to come and get a victory is really pleasing and I am immensely proud of the players because our performances have been improving recently despite the draws,” said Paul Caddis.

After the three points, Hereford have been propelled up into fourth place.

Curzon Ashton have got off to a brilliant start to the season with just two losses, two draws and six wins which has them sat in third on 20 points, just one behind Scunthorpe in first place.

Their last league game, like Hereford, came in the form of an away win against Buxton two weeks ago with a 1-0 victory via a Luke Griffiths goal.

The side from Greater Manchester have also been on a good FA Cup run which has seen them push aside Barnoldswick Town, Southport and King’s Lynn which has earned them a first-round tie away to League One side Mansfield Town.

Craig Mahon’s side pushed for promotion last season as they finished seventh, losing to Chorley in the play-off quarter-final, and that will undoubtedly be their aim again this campaign given their positive start in all competitions.

The travelling Hereford fans will be hoping to continue their fantastic away form on Saturday with no losses on the road so far this season.
