We’re extremely proud of our diverse mix of fans who attend Edgar Street, including supporters who require extra support when cheering on The Bulls!

Fans who hold the following documentation are entitled to one free carer ticket. Disabled supporters are required to pay the full price for their age category.

These tickets can be purchased from the club shop (during the midweek ticket sales period), from the Matchday Ticket Office on the day of the game, or by phoning the club office on 01432 268 257.

Supporters will need to provide the following paperwork in order to claim the free carer ticket.

For proof of disability, please bring any ONE of the following forms of documentation when purchasing your tickets.

  • Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book
  • Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance letter of award
  • Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded
  • Incapacity Benefit or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
  • A valid Blue Badge
  • In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)
  • A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card

A carer must be over 14 years of age and capable of assisting the disabled supporter.

The carer is expected to understand the disabled person’s condition and assist them in managing it for the duration of their visit.

If more than one carer’s ticket is required, a letter from a GP or consultant is needed stating the number of carers required.

The Hereford FC Disabled Supporters Association (DSA) was formed to encourage supporters with all forms of disability to attend matches at Edgar Street. The Hereford FC DSA takes the lead in supporting disabled supporters on behalf of the Football Club.
