American born midfielder, McGlynn made the move to England in 2024 to join the Bulls. With a connection at Birmingham City, he was put in contact with manager, Paul Caddis who was looking to bolster his squad.

A technically gifted player, Declan had great ability with the ball at his feet. His first goal for the Bulls came away at Darlington in his first Hereford start.
