As some of our season ticket holders will be aware, there have been issues with scanning physical season cards on entry to Edgar Street this season. We’d like to apologise for the inconvenience and thank supporters for their patience.
Following an investigation, we identified a technical problem with the QR codes displayed on the printed cards. To resolve this, we arranged for new cards to be printed, these have now arrived.
Supporters who purchased a physical season card at the start of the season are invited to collect their replacement card at one of the forthcoming home matches.
Cards can be collected from the Club Shop on Tuesday’s and Friday’s (10am-4pm) and from the Matchday Ticket Office from 6:30pm on Tuesday’s and 1:30pm on Saturday home games.
There will be no additional cost, and your digital e-season pass will continue to work as normal if you are using that instead.
