Hereford will be looking to pick up their first points of the season after two losses from their first two games.

“I will not dress it up, it was not good enough and it was extremely disappointing, but we are only in game two of 46, so let’s not think that the world has ended,” said Paul Caddis after the King’s Lynn defeat.

The Bulls go into the game on Tuesday sat in 24th as they look to get their first points on the board.

Buxton have had a mixed start to the season, picking up one win and one loss.

Their first game of the season was a 2-1 win at home to Radcliffe, but their most recent match was a defeat of the same scoreline away to Marine, where they lost in the last minute.

The Bucks came close to promotion last season as they finished seventh, one point above Hereford, but they lost in the play-off quarter-finals to Chester.

John McGrath’s side will once again be targeting promotion after a summer of strong recruitment, which saw them bring in a number of players, including three former Hereford players, Sammy Robinson, Tate Campbell and Ryan McClean.

The two sides met twice last season in the league, and on both occasions the Bulls recorded 2-1 wins.

Hereford fans will be hoping their side can pick up their first points of the season on Tuesday.

Team News

Kai Williams, Matt Preston, Lawson D’Ath and Chris Wreh all returned to the squad against King’s Lynn after missing the season opener through injury.

There are no fresh injury concerns for Caddis.
