Hereford FC can confirm another pre-season friendly away at Malvern Town on Sunday 20th July.

Hereford travel to Worcestershire for a 1pm kick-off as we look ahead to the upcoming National League North Campaign.

Caddis Speaking on the fixture: 

“I understand a few eyebrows may be raised with the timing of this pre season friendly 24 hours after our Banbury fixture. I’d like to thank Malvern for their understanding and allowing the fixture to take place on the Sunday rather than the traditional Saturday.

“I wanted to create a fixture weekend to give myself the best opportunity to assess the trialists we will take a look at across the weekend split between both fixtures. It is unfair to bring trialists in and give them 20 mins here and there, as the importance is always with our signed players. So, for the double game weekend it gives us the best of both worlds, getting good minutes into our own signed players but also giving trialists a length of time to impress me and my staff.

“It would be great to see supporters get behind us in both games and I think it’s important we continue to make strong links and connections with football clubs around the local area.”
