The Bulls are back at Edgar Street on Friday as they host Leamington in the penultimate home game of the season.

Hereford will be looking to continue their recent excellent form which has seen them go four games unbeaten with the last one being a 2-1 away win against Oxford City to keep them in the play-off spots.

The Whites showed great spirit to come from behind after Jayden Carbon took an early lead for the Hoops with goals from Yusifu Ceesay and Remaye Campbell sealing the three points.

“I was disappointed with the first 15 minutes but after that the players were excellent, they showed a great response to going behind and we fully deserved the win,” said Paul Caddis.

Hereford go into the big game on Friday in sixth on 73 points, one above Curzon Ashton who sit just outside the play-offs.

Leamington have had a good season as they currently occupy 14th on 54 points with 15 wins, nine draws and 19 losses after getting promoted from the Southern League Premier Division Central last season.

Their most recent game was a 0-0 draw at home to Radcliffe which extended their poor run of form which has seen them go four games without a win with the last one, a 2-0 win against South Shields coming back in March.

Caddis and Paul Holleran’s sides met on New Year’s Day in a 2-1 win for the Brakes with an opening goal from Dan Turner before Lawson D’Ath equalised, Henry Landers then sealed the win.

A bumper crowd is expected for what Hereford fans hope will be another good result in the push for the play-offs.
