Despite the postponement, the frost sheets still need to be removed from the pitch on Saturday as they have been in place for seven days.

General Manager, Jamie Griffiths, said:
“We’re asking for volunteers to join us at 10 am on Saturday to help remove the covers,” added Griffiths. “The covers have been on for a week and so they need to be removed before they damage the grass underneath. 

“We really appreciate the fantastic support we always receive from our volunteers and would ask for as many fans as possible to turn out in order to make light work of removing the covers.”

As a ‘thank you’ fans who volunteer their time to help move the frost covers will receive a free ticket to the rearranged fixture against Warrington.
