The points were shared at the Attis Arena as Hereford drew 0-0 with Scunthorpe United.
After the draw, both sides drop a place with the Bulls going into sixth and the Iron into fourth.
Paul Caddis made two changes to the side that beat Scarborough Athletic with Lawson D’Ath and Tate Campbell coming in for Ryan Bartley and Declan McGlynn.
Andy Butler made four alterations to the team that beat Marine with Maxim Kouogun, Andrew Boyce, Danny Whitehall and Ross Barrows replacing Brad Nicholson, Will Evans, Callum Roberts and Tyler Denton.
Hereford had the first chance of the game in the eighth minute when Jason Cowley was picked out at the back post from a corner, but his effort was off target.
Other than that, the first half got off to an uneventful start with neither goalkeeper being tested.
That was until the 16th minute when the ball dropped to Boyce inside the box from a Scunthorpe corner, but his half-volley was over the bar.
Two minutes later, Dylan Mitchell went on a surging run through the midfield, he then played it to Jaiden White who curled his effort just wide of the far post.
After a quiet 20 minutes, the Bulls came close when Lewis Hudson burst down the left and fired towards goal, but his attempt was tipped onto the bar by Ross Fitzsimons.
Tom Donaghy had his first major test in the 42nd minute when he produced a brilliant double save, the first came after Will Harris cut inside to shoot and the second was on the rebound.
That was the final action of the first half meaning it was 0-0 going into the break.
Caddis’ side started the second 45 well with early efforts from Cowley and White which were both put wide.
The Bulls continued to dominate in the 53rd minute when Hudson came close again after his header from a free-kick was cleared off the line.
Tate Campbell then had a good chance from close range soon after, but Fitzsimons was equal to it.
In the 72nd minute, Alfie Beestin drove into the box and fired a powerful shot towards the bottom corner, but Donaghy was on hand to produce another fantastic save.
Campbell had another opportunity in the 90th minute when Andy Williams headed the ball down for him, but his volley was blocked well by Kian Scales.
That was the final action of the game meaning that it finished 0-0.
