A goal thrilling afternoon saw Hereford Women FC win 6-0 against Kidderminster United FC

Hereford Women started this afternoon’s game seventh in the table hoping to climb higher with three points against Kidderminster United Women.

Vicky Hyde makes her debut for Hereford as she starts in goal for the first-time covering Hannah Pritchard whilst she’s out with an injury.

They found their perfect tempo early in the match pressing Kidderminster’s defence making multiple shots on target hoping to increase the score line.

GOAL: Hereford Women made a perfect start after Sheree Smith scored a beautiful goal in the second minute making it 1-0.

GOAL: Matilda Harris made it 2-0 to Hereford Women in the 12th minute. 

Jess Kenny was one of many who had a shot on target in the first half but was denied by Kidderminster’s goalkeeper. 

Another great save from Kidderminster’s goalkeeper came in the 27th minute after Hereford came in strong on the attack hoping to find a third goal before halftime. 

Amelia Griffiths took a freekick for Hereford after a handball from Kidderminster but unfortunately hit the woodwork once again denying them a third. 

GOAL: Jess Kenny scored a great partnership goal in the 39th minute helping Hereford make a larger goal margin going into the second half.

GOAL: Another goal from the backline in the 42nd minute saw a 4-0 lead after Katy Huntbach found the back of the net.

A perfect first half found Hereford 4-0 up going into halftime.

HALFTIME: Kidderminster United Women 0-4 Hereford Women

An early shot on target came early in the second half from Hereford but were unlucky not to find a goal.

Chelsey Price made a brilliant run in the 49th minute hoping to add her name to the scoresheet but was blocked by Kidderminster’s keeper.

GOAL: Issie Pearson makes it 5-0 to Hereford in the 69th minute after a great shot into Kidderminster’s net.

GOAL: Hereford captain Sian Bull finds herself on the scoresheet yet again after scoring the sixth goal in the 73rd minute showing her class as a captain.

FULLTIME: Kidderminster United Women 0-6 Hereford Women

Hereford’s domination against Kidderminster United Women proves to be another reason as to why they are in for a fantastic season this year. 

The next match is on 17th November in the HFA Women’s County Cup against Ross Juniors Women at home.
