Hereford fell to a 0-2 defeat at home to Oxford City.
After a quiet first half, Alex Babos was sent off in the 43rd minute for a second yellow.
The away side struggled to break down the 10 men of Hereford until the 88th minute when Josh Ashby opened the scoring before Josh Parker made it two.
After the loss, the Bulls drop down to seventh whilst the Hoops remain in 19th.
Paul Caddis made two changes to the side that lost to Chester with Lawson D’Ath and Ty Deacon replacing Aurio Teixeira and Andy Williams.
Ross Jenkins made one alteration to the team that drew to Southport with Josh Ashby coming in for Alfie Potter who dropped to the bench.
Hereford had an early chance in the third minute when a cross from Alex Babos was punched clear by Kai McKenzie-Lyle only as far as Yusifu Ceesay but the winger could not get a clean connection and his shot went wide.
Other than the opportunity for Ceesay the game got off to a quiet start with neither keeper being tested other than a few long-range strikes that were easily saved by Aaron Chapman.
Both sides had decent spells of possession in the early stages but they just could not break each other down.
In the 37th minute, Jenkins’ side broke forward through Zac McEachran with the Oxford players outnumbering the Hereford defenders but the pass was intercepted well by D’Ath.
Babos was then sent off on the cusp of half-time after he received a second yellow for a foul on Josh Parker.
That was the final action of the half meaning it was 0-0 going into the break.
The second 45 also got off to a slow start with the away side dominating the ball with their extra man but they were unable to break the Bulls defence down.
The first big chance of the second half came in the 70th minute when Ashby latched onto a Matt Preston clearance, he then played it across to Tom Scott who rattled the bar with his powerful effort.
Ashby was once again involved in the action 10 minutes later when he used his quick feet to beat multiple Hereford defenders, he then got a shot off which was saved well by Chapman low to his left.
In the 87th minute, Caddis’ side came close when Ceesay latched onto a long ball in behind, the forward held the ball up brilliantly and worked some space for a cross which found Cosmos Matwasa who forced a good save out of the keeper.
The visitors then went straight up the other end and grabbed the opener after a failed Preston clearance dropped straight to Ashby inside the box who fired home.
Hereford pushed for an equaliser and committed men forward which led to Alfie Potter being put through on goal, he then squared the ball for Josh Parker who placed it into an open net to make it 2-0.
