The care leavers team at Herefordshire Council competed at Molineux Stadium in the Wolves Foundation We Care Cup for care-experienced young people.

The team boasted 4 nationalities and represented all care experienced young people under the care of Herefordshire Council. The guys worked relentlessly and made everyone in Herefordshire proud, competing against 7 other care experienced teams from across the West Midlands.

Chase Dowling, a Participation Worker at Care leavers team said:

“The team made us all proud with their efforts and competed at a very high level against more experienced opponents. It was a special day for the lads representing the county and wearing official Hereford kits. Thank you Hereford FC for sharing their kits with us and backing the team.”
