Next Wednesday marks on year since Men Walking and Talking set off on their first walk from Edgar Street.
Men Walking and Talking are offering a safe space for men to open up about their mental health in a supportive environment. They’re a friendly group of men walking around Hereford promoting positive mental health.
Ashley, A member of Men Walking and Talking had this to say about the weekly walks: “Men Walking and Talking support over 100 men every week by walking with no judgement, no stigma and no set agenda. I have the pleasure of being a small part of the cog in Hereford supporting, on average, 8 walkers on our walks. We talk about football, local history, politics, mental health, clothing, music, film, cars and anything else that comes to mind.
I’m proud to say that this week is the 1 year anniversary and we go from strength to strength.”
The group stet off from Edgar Street (opposite Premier Inn) on Wednesdays at 7pm with everyone welcome.
